Lonny Cain
Lonny has been with Morgan Home Loan Funding since graduating from USD in May of 1990. He is a seasoned Loan Officer and our Marketing Director. Aside from those roles Lonny uses his 19 years of experience to oversee all aspects of the loan funding and closings in our office.
Patrick Cain
Patrick has been with Morgan Home Loan Funding since July of 1993. He is our Operations Manager and Senior Processor. His 16 years of experience in loan processing ensures that all loans are packaged and submitted properly. He also provides status updates to all parties throughout the entire transaction.
Travis Gillespie
Travis has been with Morgan Home Loan Funding since January of 1996. He is also a seasoned Loan Officer and oversees Program and New Product Development. His 14 years of experience help to ensure that our all our clients obtain the best financing for their individual circumstances.
Mecah Welch
Mecah is the newest member of our team and being a former escrow officer she brings a tremendous amount of real estate knowledge to our company. As one of our processors she works closely with our clients to help with their paperwork and arrange their closings. She is also a notary of the public.
