Morgan Home Loan Funding Corp. (Morgan) was incorporated in January of 1985. Morgan is a solely owned corporation. Caron Cain is the owner and president of the company.

Morgan is licensed by The Department of Real Estate and is a member of The Better Business Bureau. We are also active members of The California Association of Mortgage Brokers.

Morgan is a Mortgage Broker. A Mortgage Broker is approved as a correspondent with financial institutions. These institutions include Banks, Savings & Loans, Mortgage Bankers, and private lenders. Our purpose is to find the best Real Estate Loan for our clients. We work for our clients, not the financial institution. In that relationship our fiduciary responsibility is to our clients (the Borrowers). We prepare the borrower’s financial information and present it in the best possible light to the financial institutions. This assures the best possible rates and terms available according to the circumstances of the individual client needs.
